That was an MST3K reference if you were wondering... was watching some RiffTrax on youtube yesterday. Anyway! So, went to Armageddon all three days cept had to leave midday on Sunday as I had Gender Quest to go to. Made a whole bunch of money which I'm planning to put towards seeing a Psychiatrist in order to get the okay for surgery and get these growths removed.

I had a price list of something like, A4 $5 quick sketch, $10 for a sketch with more effort, then A3 $15 full sketch, $20 for coloured. Did alot of portraits for people, most of the time for their kids. Couple of Hulks, Superman, Spiderman, Batman, Green Lantern, Buffy... the ones I was most proud of were the pictures I drew of Harley and Ivy. This chic asked me to draw them, one each on A3 paper, full colour. They turned out really well and she paid me $60 for them! I was only going to charge her $40 >_< really wish I'd taken a photo of them before handing them over... *shrug* ah well, we live and learn.

And so like the deviation I uploaded, Mathew Clark drew me a pic of Harley and Ivy which he'd never drawn them two before so that was nifty. Also bought the Whiteout comics by Greg Rucka who was there and got him to sign them XD and also told him there was an article on AfterEllen.com mentioning him lol.

The really good thing I got out of the weekend though was how hyper and happy I got just from drawing all day... I'd seriously forgotten how awesome I used to feel from doing that... its definitely been reinvigorating.
